WRT back-tracking: Five years ago I was reading posts about how <a href="http://iang.org/ssl/wytm.html" rel="nofollow">the SSL threat model was wrong</a> since it wrongly focused on a compromised comms channel. I'd like to see how that holds up under today's potential for <a href="http://www.digininja.org/jasager/" rel="nofollow">disposable mallories</a> and <i>gummint line-eaters for reals</i>.
